How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3-5 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost 65 EGP within Cairo and 80 EGP for Alex. Shipping to other governates costs 100 EGP per order. Free Shipping on orders more than 3000 EGP
How can I return the Product and How much does it cost?
Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition as received with its original label intact. Delivery fees are non refundable. It’s not allowed to open the package during delivery .
How can I exchange the product?
Exchange fees are 40 EGP .

how can I care for my bag?
Here are a few tricks to ensure your bag will last:
- store it Properly. we recommend a cool place with no light such as a dust bag or a cotton pillowcase.
- Don’t put your bag in the sun for too long or beside a constant source of heat, it may deform or change color.
- Protect the lining: use pouches to store cosmetics and liquid which will protect the bag lining from spills and keep it organised.
